Garena — For id ban

@ffsupport.zendesk.com this email company contact me but this company reply me Garena Freefire has not been able to give me a satisfactory reply and they are saying that I have used a third party app for which my account has been suspended but I know that I have not used any third party appAnd every time I email them, I get the same reply. I don't think they are opening my emails and watching me send love replies to my mobile through a computer system
