Dear Garena free fire

My account was suspended on Saturday 24th of November and it happened after we were play a battle raoyale game with my 2 friends and we got teamed up with a hacker who was flying in the air killing people and we won the game as soon as I left the app and came back to play i got the error message "There are abnormal things with your account. And is suspended"

Please help I don't remember using hack or anything just got teamed up with hacker.
