Garena Free Fire — I haven't received with diamond even after payment regarding

I've done an online inapp purchase for inr 80 for a first time diamond topup in free fire game.
But i haven't recieved with diamonds even after 2 to 3 days
But my money got debited from account
Please update me with this issue
Either provide me with refund or with my diamond topup in game.
I've enclosed my bank statement and message and also with my fame name and id
Kindly make it quick
