Garena — Gaming account banned

Respected officer,
I'm playing ff from 1.6 years it's been so long that my account had been banned for no reason.i never supported cheats or hack and never used them because I know the consequences o[censored]sing it and all knows it well. I'm totally aware that using hack will ban your account but my account was banned even I don't used any hack, my kills, headshot rate everything is common same as a normal player.the company exploit it's power to randomly ban any account.. that's not fair as I spent almost 30, 000RS in in-game purchases of diamonds.so my request is if company is ready to unban my account then it's okay otherwise i want a refund of 30, 000RS.
