Garena — I am complaining about the negative diamond ammount in my account

Hello Garena, My Free Fire name is {iloveyou✓✓✓ I have been playing free fire for last 1 years. My Game

I can't access my free fire account from yesterday. Unfortunately my account has been diamond restriction unnecesory.

i have not get any item's for free till now, i dont understand so why you have been given me penalty of 295 Diamond. Let me know on this, what should i do, give me some proof of 295 diamond item in my account you have me given me as a free item.
