Garena — I got suspended

I am playing free fire since more than 3 years I think and my level is about 59 I am having 1200+ likes and my account got suspended even though I didn't use any hacks and I am also a regular diamond buyer and I loved to play I searched in youtube how to get un suspended but they were using some hacks and I dont want my account to get banned so I did not use them plz respond to my plead
