Garena — Id ban

Hello, i have been playing ff for 4 years but not played since one year. i have used some hacks about 8 months ago because i have been killed by hacker in ranked match so i decided to try and deleted the hack after one match but next day my id got banned. i have spent a huge amount of money in my account. i have also registered complaint in ff complaint website but my page got disappeared(not opening till now) . so its a humble request to unban my id..
