Garena — I'm complaining about my free fire account

I want to complaint about my free fire account which is banned due to hack issues I know I have use 1 corrupt file for once but i now have reinstalled the game so that it doesn't seems any file now so please i request free fire to give me my account back i promise that I will never ever do that again in my life. I have also spent diamonds in it so my give me my account back please...
