I was informed by the customer service team (https://ffsupport.garena.com/hc/en-us) that I had been using hacks and it's confirmed. They mentioned that they have the information of about any cheats that I am using, but I am confident enough and I believe that there might be a small oversight from your side. Please do entertain this case and take my appeal for a human review.
