Because i didnt play freefire because wifi in our home got very slow so it always showed 999+ ping so i did not play for 3 to 4 months in my freefire id it got hacked and was active but when i recovered my facebook my id was got ban and also i shifted to india but my id is located in bd server i request freefire to unban my id and change the region
