Garena — My free fire ID was suspended

For rhe above subject i am playing free fire since from 2 to 3 years. Until now i never used any hack tools in game. But on 14th August my facebook book account was been hacked by someone and he changes my email id and mobile number. Then after several days i successfully recovered my Facebook account and i changes my email ID and mobile number. Afte i tried to login free fire it was showing there are abnormal activites with your account it has been suspended. After this i raised ticket so many times to free fire support but there is no response from them side i also provided the document with screenshot of about my facebook account was hacked. But thy didn't un baned my id so please make to unban my id
