Garena — My ID was hacked and banned

So I had an account of lvl 52 and 200+ likes
. I left the game to focus on my studies and during that day my account was banned and I didn't care much thinking that it was good since I was addictive. Now after about 1 and half year I need it back and I don't even know the reason I got banned, I can't even retrieve the account since it's hacked and it says I used some hack and it's been suspended.
