On Feb 16th, I booked a parcel to Prathiba Srinivas (receipt # [protected]) residing at 18, Periwinkle Dr, Monroe, New Jersey, USA 08831. The parcel reached New Jersey on Feb 21 at 3.05 PM. Upon opening of the package, my daughter found that the package is completely broken and ruptured. The snack and other items are not fit for use. This is exclusively due to poor and inefficient packing and handling of your staff at Yelahanka Newtown, Bangalore office. In fact, I alerted her regarding the same when I booked the parcel. She lacks proficiency and skills in this job. I fail to understand why you are maintaining such an inefficient hand at your office. The package is around 11.5 KGS and I spent Rs 8752 towards courier charges. This is the 2nd time it is happening from your company. Now, I am totally disheartened with your service. Please compensate not only the physical loss occurred but also our mental distress caused due to poor handling and package.
