[Resolved]  Garudavega Courier Services — Package lost with garudavega and ups

Hi Team,

My package was initiated from Nellore on 5 th June and it should reach me to Houston on 9 th June but it dint came. When I checked on that with the shipper they told me they have send it through UPS which was a postal service and they don't even care about delivering to doorstep or send tracking messages. So we were waiting and when we checked the tracking on 10 th June it said delivered on 9 th June but we haven't received any message or CALL ON the day of delivery nor there is no package on our door step.

Coming to the package ..there are items worth 60k which includes my wedding sarees, Party wear frocks, food and other cookware items.

But the ### who came to my home for packing mentioned its 15k worth and when my package is missed and I asked him why did he mention that ..and he admitted saying. If items are costly and box weight is low thy have to pay GST and so he put less rates also he mentioned ups is less expensive so they have chose ups. But thats not my problem right ?

Now every body defending themsleves leaving me in pain .I have been going through lot of strugle from last 10 days.who will compensate that?

I don't care about ups because its garuda vega who took the package from me and they need to answer me and they are like ###S and they don't think about CUSTOMERs feelings .I feel like suing them because they dont even care about me.I have been talking to CUSTOMER care, the distributor and the guy who made the mistake in bill but jo one responds.

Even if they give me 1L also those items are irreplacable. But im asking only the right price of the sarees and dresses but no onecares about me.

Garuda vega is such a worst service and never trust them again. I have checked leasing office parcel lockers and everywhere but there is nothing .

Can some one please help me getting my refund 60k and packing charges 14k

Even they tell me if the package was in warehouse I will go get it but there is no response.what should I do where can igo?

I need some help...please process my refund from garuda vega.

All this happened with the person who came from garudavega ..he mentioned whatever prices he like and now im suffering not him.

I need my full amount ...I need help.
