[Resolved] Garudavega Courier Services — Consignment received in damaged condition | |
I have sent some food items to Johor Malaysia on 12th Feb 2021from Garudavega courier franchise Tiruvella Kerala vide receipt no [protected] and DHL tracking no [protected]. This item was delivered on 01 Mar. Though the package was intact inside all the packets were found opened and received in damaged condition. I have lodged a complaint with customer care Garuda but after doing some investigation they informed me that due to inadequate cctv coverage they are unable to process the complaint.
