[Resolved] Garudavega Courier Services — Package whereabouts unknown

We shipped a package from India (Chennai) to Nashville, Tennessee USA on Thursday 27th October. We were already informed that there will be a delay due to Diwali celebration. We were promised a delivery in 10 days, but we agreed and sent anyway.

Package was collected from my house on 27/10/21
Tracking id for my shipment was given to me only on 5/11/21
My tracking id is 1Z63XV[protected] . There seems to be no updates on the tracking id even today (10/11/21).

It has almost been 14 days now and we are not even sure where our package is. Even if we reach out to the concerned centers, we are not able to find out the proper updates. I was informed that shipment has moved from Chennai to Hyderabad but yet there is no proof of it.

Herewith I have attached the photo proof of all documents dated till now. I tried to reach their team through live chat and I'm not sure even if it exists, my messages kept returning (Said delivery address not found) . We dropped emails which we got from the centers, but no response for any email sent. Highly disappointed with your team . We expected much better service.

I did raise a complaint, but I couldn't get any response from the respective team, but my package arrived on a delay.

Garudavega Courier Services customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Manonandini They had shipped my package to Hyderabad and they had created a new shipment id and later on, I tracked with a new shipment id and found that my package will be arriving today. So finally after 16 days my package had arrived today .
