Garudavega Courier Services — Claim not settled for more than 2 months for the Shipment not sent

I have sent an consignment from Nagercoil to US on 09/10/23. This has not been sent to US. From Chennai the shipment has been sent back to nagercoil since some of the items inside the shipment got damaged(Note: Packaging done by Garuda Vega team). I have submitted claim form to get the Courier cost of around 28k and other items . But no response after that. Since claim is not been approved, i am blocked from picking the Shipment back. Its really frustrating and depression which has been created by Garuda vega to a senior citizen. For the past couple of days the customer care people not picking my calls and not responding to my mails and Ticket which i have created in Garuda vega system(#82399).

Please do the needful to get my claim at the earliest.
