Some items was steeling by them I have send a courier from India to USA… dress materials were missing two times also they are charging for boxes 200 rupees separately and they forcing us to buy from there shop for weight additional sales tax was collecting by them in madurai branch

    In May 2021, parcel was delivered to US but found two sets of earrings are missing in the parcel. I specifically confirmed with delivery pick up person and handovered the earings. He confirmed that they allowed and will be delivered. I haved called them after the parcel delivered to my friend in US and my friend confirmed that earrings ate missing in the parcel.
    I was informed that earrings are removed from parcel by courier service and they will be delivered back to me.
    Till now I didn't receive my earnings worth 5000/-
    Kindly look into the request and help to get back my earrings.

      In Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh, branch garuda vega service person is very arrogant and not listing to customer, i received everything smashed, he is not packing things properly, stuffing all items in small box, just wrapping thing in general plastic bag not using actual packing wraps due to that poor packing all eatables become soggy and not fresh. please tell him to listen the customers on packing preference. we are not asking for free service, we have paid 8000/- for our things.

        I have requested for shipment from USA to India and paid 500$+, since there was a lock down in india i requrested the cancellation which is before generating any lables. i have provided all the details for refund but still no response. its more than a month

          I had placed a pick up order on Garudavega. Called them and confirmed that a person would pick up the order. No person came to pick up nor there was any response to calls and emails. Worst service. Never use Garudavega in the United States. They are fraudulent and will not provide the service nor a refund.

            We would like to submit formal complaint for the Goods shipped from India to US we have order 2 15 KG boxes and 2 small 5 KG boxes
            1. Box out of 4 is poorly Damaged all the things have broken
            even the hard substance like Cooker also got Damaged 100%

              I have given medicines with doctor prescription bill and all the required documents in garudavega office in ameerpet on March 26th and the shipment is processed today through UPS ie 6th May to US after i kept calling the office for tracking num.
              why has it taken so long to process a courier. Not happy with the services at all very sorry to say

                Hi

                A package was sent from Vijayawada, India to Minnesota, USA and there were a few items missing from the box as follows - a punjabi dress set, kid’s nightwear clothes and face masks. I do not think the package was opened anywhere during the port of entry since I did not fine any letter from the TSA inside the box.
                Please assist me on this issue and how I can request for a refund for the missing items?

                  We booked a consignment on 23.03.21 to Vijay Ramanathan, wellington, UK from Garuda vega Anna Nagar. It reached on 31.3.21. Also, the pack seems to have been opened, the packets broken and one item missing. The food items sent at a high cost could not be used. The tracking number is 1z63xv[protected].                     Tracking number 1Z63XV[protected] packages are shipped from India to us - total charge was 25000+ rupees . out of that 2 are badly packed and multiple things are damaged . Reasons as follows
                    1) snacks are not covered with sealed package during packing - while shipping its all broken and spilled oil in the entire box
                    2) lose packing was done - because of that - things got moved during shipping and damaged

                      I have sent some food items to Johor Malaysia on 12th Feb 2021from Garudavega courier franchise Tiruvella Kerala vide receipt no [protected] and DHL tracking no [protected]. This item was delivered on 01 Mar. Though the package was intact inside all the packets were found opened and received in damaged condition. I have lodged a complaint with customer care Garuda but after doing some investigation they informed me that due to inadequate cctv coverage they are unable to process the complaint.                           I had recently parcelled to Sydney though they have mentioned 10men shirts the parcel contained only 8 shirts and 2 shirts gone missing. And main bill doesn’t have lip balm where as other bill they give while sending the parcel has item mentioned. There so much theft happening and for that we are bearing cost. Such a shame to loot from people

                            Received a product after a month in a very very bad shape with most of the products completely damaged and could be not longer used.
                            Garudavega had no clue about where the parcel was whenever I enquired them. And they even carelessly gave the wrong postcode which I had to find out with their vendor.
                            Dont go for this service. Its a total waste of your time . money and also the product you send.

                                Very very very very bad service.

                                I have booked a consignment on 23 Feb, 2021 but it got picked up by DHL on 2nd March, 2021.

                                Also cheating the customer not even giving the tracking number, if we ask them they are saying we could not find your consignment.

                                These people are not eligible for one star also.

                                  We are regular customers of garuda vega. We usually do it from Bangalore, but this time we did she shipping from Hubli, Karnataka. He really charged us more and parcel was only for 30 kg, he said its 50 kg and did over pricing compared to Bangalore garuda center. We never going to use garuda vega again.
                                  I hope you guys take action against the Hubli garuda vega, otherwise u guys loose customers.

The second one Vide invoice No[protected], through Coimbatore office, on verifying the tracking No. [protected], shows SHIPMENT ON HOLD DUE TO ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITION, for the past 3 days. The contents in the shipment are eagerly awaited for a special occasion. Shipped thro' DHL Courier.
                                    The consignment is currently @ LEPEIG, GERMANY, please let me know the action taken by the courier company to reallocate to some other courier. inform me immediately and do the needful immediately.
