I have booked a courier weighing 27.5 kgs to tampa us. On 27th. June 2017. Invoice number [protected]. I did not get the tracking number till today. I was asking the booking agent all these days for the same but in vain. When i called your customer care on phone number[protected] the person who spoke to me was very un polite and rash. He simply said you just told me about that and that he needs to verify. Is it not your duty to send the tracking number to the customer as soon as the parcel is sent. Few questions need to be answered. Did you book the parcel at all? If you have booked the same it should generate the tracking number immediately? Is it proper for the person in the front office to reply to the customer in the way he did? He simply said he will call back in an hour and nothing materialized. When i tried to reach them now all the phones are switched off all means, [protected],[protected]&[protected]. I have been suggesting your courier services to my frds around but i need to think twice before doing so. Was this information helpful? | |||||
