Garudavega Courier Services — From madurai to dubai

My parents sent a courier last week. The package is rescheduling continuously. From madurai to chennai, chennai to delhi, delhi to germany and now it's showing on the way, don't know now where it will go now??? Cargo flights are allowing in uae.
