My tracking id is [protected]. After repeating customer service calls, they gave me The UPS tracking number is 1Z63XV[protected]. But it’s showing that it’s delivered to USA . But I am in Australia and the address in the package is Australia address. How they deliver the Australia address to USA? Ridiculous. I raised a complaint, but no response. Garudavega Courier Services customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Oct 19, 2023 Updated by seetha mahesh My tracking id is [protected]. The tracking details is not updated after 10th of October and if we call them they didn’t know the details. If we ask in the live chat too they didn’t know. No one is responsible. Then whom I want to contact to know the current status of my parcel. It’s more than 10 days now. What they are going to do for my loss.
