I have shipped package Garudavega kompally branch agent suresh, surprisingly one of the item went missing in which it is mentioned in agent receipt but not added in the shipment invoice.
When trying to reach customer service they are blaming themselves between branch and head office but still issue happened with garudavega.
When reached out to suresh, agent is responding badly. This is very bad part for Garuda vega having such a waste employee.
