Refunds apart. This is our first transaction with garudavega and we are very must disappointed with the service.
Looks like the box was intentionally taken. There was a list included in every separate box with the contents which is also missing for that box.
We dont know the process of invoice, it is your staff who verified each content before packing, she should have enter individual items in the invoice. How should we take the blame that the item is missing from the invoice?
The core point is our trust with garudavega was lost. The contents of the email looks there is no intention to check the root cause of the issue instead inquiring the credentibility of our complaint.
