Garudavega Courier Services — No proper information on import duty / Tax when asked and had to pay 110% to customs.And they did not help much on reducing prices

Garudavega did not provide any information on Import duty / tax when I have asked and got customs charged 110% of the actual package price. Package included only clothes. They did not help much with DHL and said we can try to reduce and never came back.
If this information was provided, I would have skipped sending package, they said it would be 10%-20% and I ended up paying 110% of the package value!!
