Sir, Garudavega committed through e-mail for refund of shipping charges and goods value for non-delivery of my consignment sent to my daughter nikhita gaddam. After pursuing the matter i received an e-mail from them that the refund has done already on 11/10/2018. But i have not received any amount from garudavega to my account. Bank authorities asked me to get transaction details of garudavega. Same was informed and requested to send me the transaction details. Now garudavega is silent not replying to my mails.
