items missing in the packed box

I am writing this email to complain on missing packet and couple of opened parcels.

I actually visited your store on 31st october 2017 to drop a parcel destined to reach usa (Attached here the invoice copy).

Today my brother received the courier (Ist morning hours 07th nov) and said me that the 'non-veg pickle' packet is missing in the box.

Also found that there are couple of packets in open state...

    I am logging this complaint against a shipment firm named as Garudavega Courier Services.
    The company has picked up my parcel from my house in noida to ship it to my address located in Irving, TX, USA on 24th sep but it hasn’t reached to me till date.
    They are not reachable on phone. I have sent a long list of emails to them but nobody is bothered to reply. Have looped in their head and regional offices but still no luck.
    They took the money and wasted all my stuff in it. Also, for another couple of parcels they took huge amount of money and didn’t inform about the custom charges which i had to pay on delivery.
    Their chat portal doesn’t work, they don’t return to the calls, ticket mechanism is pathetic.
    Really want a strict action against the firm.
    Have all the proofs and emails as evidences with me.

      The package was on hold by foreign customs office more than a month and and there has been absolutely no customer support other than just providing some online tracking information.

      - No actions on releasing the package from foreign customs office
      - Negligence while sending the package
      - Being global courier services but unware of foreign land import instructions
      - No customer support

        Hello, I received my parcel on 15th September which I asked to send from India to Boston, USA. I received my 2 branded utensils in the broken condition. When I reached out to the person who sent my items, he asked me to complaint immediately on customer care. I sent them an email, and they directed me to follow a few steps where they asked me to send pictures. They received the pictures and they kept on telling me that the case is under investigation and asked me to wait. After a month, they sent me an email saying that they cannot do anything about it, and closed my ticket. Then I wrote a huge email to them as they made wait for a month for this solution. Then one day, I got a call from UPS, their partner company in US, for further investigation. UPS again asked me to send the picture of the carton along with tracking number, and the images of the broken items in their format. I did that too. UPS was kind enough to reply on time, and they mentioned that they have verified my case successfully and sent the report to Garudavega (Mr. Ramana) but he doesn't care to call the UPS back. So I reached out to the person who asked me initially to send the email to customer care. I told him the UPS scenario, and told him how his company is so irresponsible. He then asked me what do you think how much we should reimburse? I sent him the rate screenshot from Amazon of the broken products. Total amt was close to Rs. 2900. After I sent the amount, he immediately sent me an INDEMNITY DOC which was not in the picture from last 1 month. Then he told me we are not liable for any broken products. Our only job is to send the parcel, irrespective of the condition. I asked him why didn't he or the company informed this before when I communicated in my first call, he mentioned he doesn't know why his company did this, and then he told generally no company takes the liability of things.
        PATHETIC RESPONSE AND NO SOLUTION FROM THE COMPANY YET. Worst service.

          My tracking id is [protected]. After repeating customer service calls, they gave me The UPS tracking number is 1Z63XV[protected]. But it’s showing that it’s delivered to USA . But I am in Australia and the address in the package is Australia address. How they deliver the Australia address to USA? Ridiculous. I raised a complaint, but no response. What they are going to do for this? Please help me with this

          My tracking id is [protected]. The tracking details is not updated after 10th of October and if we call them they didn’t know the details. If we ask in the live chat too they didn’t know. No one is responsible. Then whom I want to contact to know the current status of my parcel. It’s more than 10 days now.

          They delivered the Australia address parcel to USA which is ridiculous. And the customer service is really bad and irresponsible. What they are going to do for my loss.

            On 11th September 2023, Booked 30kg parcel from Marathalli Bangalore to Eindhoven Netherlands.
            Garudavega provided two waybills (15kg each). 1st parcel [protected] & 2nd parcel [protected].
            Garudavega sent, 1st parcel sent via UPS INC & 2nd parcel through FedEx.
            After great follow up, FedEx parcel received at Netherlands.
            But 1st parcel [protected], is still not reached Netherlands.
            Inspite of repeated calls mail ( To Mr Shivaji Bangalore rep & Mr Sangameswar Hyderabad rep), issue is not resolved.
            Moreover wrong statement was made stating consignment not collected at Eindhoven Netherlands. The address & phone number o[censored]PS at Netherlands shared by Garudavega also wrong. When contacted no such service is available was the response.
            Still don’t know whereabouts of my parcel

              This compliant is again Garudavega courier services.

              I had booked their parcel service from India (Trivandrum - Kerala) to Stockholm - Sweden on May 19th 2023. I followed all the the process as required by the vendor and paid INR 17627/- for 31Kg parcel.
              I was told that there will be no tracking available and it will be delivered around 15 working days timeline (Maximum).
              I provided complete address details as well 2 contact numbers just in case one is not reachable.

              As I had not heard back from them post 15 days and also giving some buffer time, I followed up on June 20th and realized that my parcel was not sent back to origin destination as it was not received by the customer. While I was not contacted via call / email /postal service regarding arrival of my parcel. While I enquired, I was told by Stockholm vendor that email & constant reminders were sent to Garudavega informing arrival of the parcel.
              Because of the customer care team ([protected]@garudavega.com) negligence, it was now sent back to source. Ok, I can agree to this that mishap happens. I then tried for next solution possible to resend the parcel back to Sweden. I was told by the local vendor in Trivandrum that their UK hub partner (DPD) will redirect my parcel back to Sweden from UK. Today we are on July 7th and I still have no updates on where my parcel is and what are the next steps. Every 2 days I am following up and I haven't got any response from Garudavega customer care. First of all, this is because of their irresponsible behavior and negligence, secondly they do not have the courtesy to keep the customer informed nor extend any support.
              I was given tracking details only when I followed up as my parcel had not arrived to know that it is sent back. I understand such issues happens in logistics. My concern is about Garudavega still not taking appropriate actions. They are absolutely not responding to my emails nor providing any solution. I am attaching all follow up mails here.

              My parcel contains around INR 50, 000/- worth items along with my shipment charges of INR 17627/-

              As a responsible Indian citizen, I would like to file an complaint and ensure that nobody goes through such stress and loss of money through this unreliable business

                [protected] shipment id was submitted to garudavega couriers on 09/06/2023 from hyderabad, lb nagar, chandrapuri colony branch of garudavega couriers to deliver to cal state university. Hayward, california, united states . The shipment contains of my original degree certificate. Today on 19/06/2023. The shipment is still in hyderabad and not forwarded to destination . I would miss registering my classes due to the delay .

                    I have send the parcel of 25kg of Important food materials to My Daughter residing at pensacola, Florida, usa-32614. After 6 days they delivered wrong address. Whether they delivered or not delivered, the status is showing Delivered. But my daughter not received the parcel of Tracking no: [protected]. I have raised the complaint to Garudavega customer care, the response is very poor. Now I am loosing worth of 28500 Rs materials. The Garudavega international courier service is untrust to send the parcel to international resider. Now it's completely hopeless. How long they will take to resolve the issues God knows. But I am only suffering with time and Money.

                      I sent approximately a 12 kg food items to USA California on 14th February 2023.I am residing in RRnagar Bangaluru and called the local agent to pick the courier box.He came. Measured the box and told it will cost me ₹12450 for express delivery. And the money was sent through UPI to the number suggested by the agent. But till today he has not given the bill in spite of asking several time.But the rate mentioned in your web for 12kg courier charges to USA on express service was only ₹9517.
                      I would like to know the reason for not furnishing the and the changes ur agent collected from me.
                      There was a package of item which was not allowed to send(betel but powder).The agent told that it is allowed and in turn i expected him to return the package but still it is coming.

                        I sent the courier on 13th January from thanjavur .it's totally 27kgs.i divided into 3 package .but we received only one product .remaining 17 kgs are missed that both are expensive .we don't know where it is .

                          I received my courier from Hassan, Karnataka India - to UK today. But lot of items are missing which was packed Infront o[censored]s. like kid's toys all are missing (it didn't had any battery in it), router is missing, dispenser is missing (it didn't had any battery in it), and few food items are missing.

                          approx 15kg was packed by the time we got it had only ~10KG

                            Hi,
                            My family had sent me prasad (rudraskha tied in a piece of cloth) along with some spice packets in the shipment on Aug 3rd 20202. We paid the full amount for 1.5kg worth of items.
                            Now when I recieved it after 2 days i.e on Aug 8th, 2022 I see that the item was taken out from the box, everything was resealed. My sister had sent a picture when everything was weighed in front of her. How can they be so careless & they did not even bother to tell that the thing was flicked from the courier package. We paid around Rs. 4000 and this is how they fool customers.

                              Hi Team,

                              I would like to share a very strong feedback on your team in Kondapur Branch. Your employees Vamshi and Sunil - highly irresponsible people. I have sent a couple of boxes with them to the US. My one box is still with them that they have not sent and they have not been responsive at all. They are neither answering my calls nor responding to my messages. They took some medicine also from me to send which is with customs now and they have not been able to take any action on it. I would expect serious action on it.

                                My parents have sent a package from Garudavega services Punalur, Kollam(Kerala) to New Jersey which was delivered yesterday. We had some missing items in the parcel a Krishna idol, halwa and some artificial jewellery sets. We handed over this package on 25/03/2022 and received in New Jersey on 13/04/2022 Invoice number is [protected].

                                  I have shipped package Garudavega kompally branch agent suresh, surprisingly one of the item went missing in which it is mentioned in agent receipt but not added in the shipment invoice.
                                  When trying to reach customer service they are blaming themselves between branch and head office but still issue happened with garudavega.
                                  When reached out to suresh, agent is responding badly. This is very bad part for Garuda vega having such a waste employee.
                                  No one is addressing issue.

                                      Very bad experience with the garuda vega services. Many times we have used the service but this time it was a very worst experience.
                                      Yesterday morning we have courirerd few items from Malkajgiri ( Hyderabad) through garudavega( Bill.no--[protected]) to USA (MICHIGAN STATE) TO SRINATH CHINTHALA.
                                      One of the the agent by name JHANSIRANI TAIKONDA at Malkajgiri branch has written the QTY wrong in the Invoice and sent the courier.
                                      Later when we realized and called up her she Literally LIED Saying that invoice/items sent will not be taken into consideration
                                      while sending the parcel it is just for billing purpose and when we further asked her to talk to the Begumpet main branch
                                      Branch she said that the parcel has already left from Begumpet branch at morning 10am.
                                      We personally went to the branch at 10.30am and saw there still our parcel is there in the Begumpet branch with the Items and QTY printout copy attached .
                                      we stood almost 1.5 hrs. coordinated with the Receiver over there and requested him to correct the QTY which she has written wrong and asked him to put a new print copy on parcel
                                      She is so irresponsible and unethical when mistake is done by her she has to visit the main branch and rectify it it's not our job, moreover she is so stupid to say that
                                      invoice will not be considered if that is so why garudavega is maintaining Invoice and collecting bills based on invoice .
                                      please do not give license to such false or half knowledge people to use garuda services which will In-turn get BAD NAME TO THE WHOLE GARUDAVEGA SERVICES and people like us hesitate to use futher.
