We sent a package to us from chennai through garuda vega services on 4th october and i have been following up for close to a month and they were always saying it is newyork customs and their website was never updated and suddenly i saw an update saying in transit and when i asked them they are saying concerned team yet to share the tracking number and yesterday they are saying package is lost and we willl refund money but i have important documents on it and they told me they will give an update in 24 hrs no one called and when i called today they are saying you can do what ever you want we
Can face it legally, request your help here to stop this company’s fraud

Garudavega Courier Services customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Garudavega chennai branch- t.nagar, we sent food (masala)material to Irvine USA,
where buyer have to pay Import duty charges, they are still urging us to pay the amount immediately, we are ready to pay the amount, but nobody from garuda vega taking action against this to pay the amount.
