Garudavega Courier Services — Parcel delivered to a wrong address in UK

We sent a parcel to UK from Chennai/Tamilnadu. It was delivered to a wrong address in UK by DHL. DHL couldn’t trace the order and they asked to contact Garudavega. But no one is answering from Garudavega side. Very irresponsible. Never heard try with Garudavega and loose the money.
