My dad dropped off a parcel at Navrang branch in B’lore on Oct 27th 2021. The parcel was destined to Canada with items for my new born. It’s been more than a month & I still haven’t received the package. The worst part is there is absolutely no decency & courtesy from the Garudavega team to respond to the emails that I had sent. If I do not hear a response now then I’m going to consumer court against Garudavega for fraud & stealing consumer’s packages & I’ll treating consumers by not caring to respond to emails.
