I booked a consignment to Virginia, USA on 4/2/2021 @ your Coimbatore franchise vide : invoice No. [protected] in the name of Lakshman Muthusamy Devrajan. Tracking No. [protected]. DHL Courier I find from tracking the shipment is ON HOLD @ LEPEIG, GERMANY, DUE TO ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITION for the past 3 days. Please let me know the steps taken by DHL and when will the shipment be delivered, since the shipment is expected for special occassion. I have sent many shipments to USA but got struck in this shipment. Another shipment sent to USA, Peoria has been delivered. Please inform me immediately the position at the present location.
