My shipment no. Is [protected] sent on march 4 from India to usa which went on hold with dhl due to silver ring in the package.I have contacted various people in dhl to release the package for the return and everyone said that it has to be given back to garudavega if they claim back...It's more than a month now...All the executives at Hyd office are rude, unable to reply and even lie to the customers saying your package is with customs and you have to pay the fine...Now when it is clear it is with dhl people they are still taking hell lot of time just to return...So poor service...Please get back my package properly asap.
