Docket no[protected] west bengal - gati Is being delivered to siliguri hub on 21 august 2018 We had rang the concerned number on 21 noon they said it will delivered by evening. But they failed on 21st Again 22 they said its a holiday On 23 august on call the concerned full team was on conversation They deny to deliver to day or even tmr the delivery is not guaranteed. On asking the reason they explain That the godown is 10000 sqft and they are not able to locate it. They are even threatening me that tgey will break open the 10 kg parcel in thier godown Why are they harrassing. I hv audio clip of entire conversation with them.
