Gati-Kwe — Complete mishandling of my consignment-bike

At the outset i must tell you that you're the most unprofessional, rustic, careless & pathetic courier existing in this country. Pls note the details of my consignment-

I personally guided the packing of bike at your civil town, rourkela office. I've photographs of it being immaculate, stainless & spotless absolutely. I paid the due amount. But, am just shellshocked to see my bike at your mumbai office. It's dainted, broken, mishandled & what not? Pls note down my demand-
-either you deliver the bike in original condition or a new one
-want compensation for the harassment

Kindly note down my resolutions-

-i will take it to consumer forum, court & other platforms
-launch an orchestrated campaign in the print, tv & social media
-spread a bad word of mouth through all means

Now you decide & revert asap.
