Gati-Kwe — Courier pick up service from my company | |||
The services of gati are really dissatisfactory. My company is using their services for the last one month. They never pick up the packages in time and delay it for 2-3 days in only pick up. You can imagine how much problem and delay they must be creating in delivery of the packets. I have started a new company and and selling on Amazon and number of payments have been cancelled by Amazon on account of late delivery by gati. I have to call number of times to request them to pick up my orders. Moreover their boys ask for money if they have to come more than once from my company. I have number of times given them cash amounts to pick up my orders. I have lost almost 15000 because of late delivery of my goods till now. Was this information helpful? | |||
