Gati-Kwe — Delayed delivery and missing items | |||
My luggage was relocated from pune to bangalore on 7th may 2017 and i was given assurance by gati that it would reach bangalore on 10th may. Not only the delivery was delayed by 1 week they also missed some parts of bed. During the 1 week we suffered as we had to take outside food, we slept on floor by using rented beddings etc. Gati told us that they would compensate for my missing bed part by giving me rs. 3000 via paytm but they didn't do it. We had to follow up so many times and that also didn't help. It is complete harassment and i will provide the 2 phone numbers below who are either not picking up calls or their mobiles are coming switched off. The phone numbers of gati pune office are :- 1) [protected] 2) [protected] They also didn't provided me the docket number. I escalated this matter to gati customer care and they didn't seem to care much either. I will provide some screenshots of transportation for help.
