Gati-Kwe — delivery delayed by more than 10 days | |||
Delivery delayed by more than 10 days. Reference number is "s[protected]" (Shipment from bhiwandi/flipkart to pune) Expected delivery was 08-oct. However even on 17-oct delivery is not done. On contacting (5 times) to gati call center, always get a same answer "we have escalated the issue and you shall get delivery in 1-2 days". However, even after 10 days no delivery done. On gati website status is shown as "undelivered due to customer rescheduled delivery". However, neither me nor sender has ever for any delivery reschedule. Was this information helpful? | |||
