booked a box on 18 march 2017 with the assured delivered date 21 march 2017.

not the box received on 22 march 2017 after noon..
all the item in the box are not able to eat ...actually the box contain eatable item for my wife ...now all are totally not eatable...

the box is in mumbai on 21 march but didn’t delivered

want the compensation for it

I have ordered lg monitor on amazon.they send it to me via GATI courier.i have made COD payment on delivery, while refund the product(LG24MP88HM instead of LG24MP88HV-S )amazon ppl reply that payment details is not updated from courier end
I have constantly contacted GATI Customer service.but there not responding well
