𝗚𝗔𝗧𝗜 Cargo 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗮 𝗖𝗢𝗗 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗲𝗹 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝟱 𝗹𝗮𝗸𝗵 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 collecting DD/Cash, 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗺𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁.

If Amazon delivered a COD parcel worth just 500 rupees, they might have shown more responsibility.

Sent a consignment (docket no:[protected] from Kottayam to Gurgaon on DD/COD mode. Irresponsible GATIKWEIndia team recieved a cheque(with out validating- incorrect amounts in figure) from the customer instead of DD. The cheque got bounced and our 4, 71, 450 costs consignment is in customer hand. Trusted GATIKWEIndia and needs immediate action by collecting a valid DD from customer.

Gati higher management should take this concern seriously, since so far not seen any progress after multiple follow-ups from gati zonal offices (Compliant#[protected]
