Gati-Kwe — gati-kwe no update on package from china to india — in transit from so many days

My parcel that i ordred on aliepxress using special line - yw which was then sent via gati is stuck in international operation centre from the last 10 days. The delivery date is tomorrow and from the level of service, i dont expect that to happen. What i would like is to request to provide me with the local article number (Docket no.) of gati package. The gati tracking id is eq[protected]in.

Went there, have attached the screenshot of the same. No movement since 20th nov. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday (29th nov).

This is absolute ### my order is also stuck in "In Transit" since 21st Nov and there is not a single update, i ordered from aliexpress/banggood mANY TIMEs but never i saw this type of garbage service, delaying order without any updates or reason.
