Gati-Kwe — my luggage parcels lost by gati

My luggage parcels two packets weighing 55 kg... Contains my books was to be shipped from jammu to whitefield bengaluru on 6th... Today is13 still not delivered so many calls so many emails still not delivered i will surely sue them pathetic service.. My docket no was[protected] i kept it tracking n tracker showed it in bangalore... The customer service kept telling me it will be delivered in a day.. Such a pathetic service i won't recommend this crappy service to anyone.. Gati needs to shut down.

I booked an item thru snap deal, to be delivered by Gati vide docket no[protected]. First they lied of delivery attempt, now after 6 complaints though telling it will be delivered the same day is yet to be delivered even after 12 days. Extremely poor service. Really fed up
