I had ordered some products from amazon.in with different order delivery dates.The orders had to be delivered by GATI-KWE courier service.The date on which delivery of orders was to be done has already passed and when I have tried contacting them, they are not replying with any relevant action.I have
e-mailed them several times, they are not taking action and even their customer care number is not reachable.

Updated by ShiviKapoor I am really fed up with the bad service of GATI-KWE .Even after complaining in consumer forum, they are saying that it will take several days to deliver my order and they are not taking any meaningful action, instead they are making excuses that mam, it will take 2-3 days and all that.
I had one more order which I have collected from the Gati-KWE courier office itself from other city, specially I wen to pickup that parcel from that city, and instead of being sorry about their bad service they were giving me new excuses that our courier service is not available in your city and if I would have not collected the parcel from their courier office, it would have never reached to me.If their service is not available at my place then why do they take responsibility of delivering it to my place? Why are they running such a big company if they have to only give excuses not solutions.

Updated by ShiviKapoor An when I filled a form of complaint on GATI-KWE website on 3 Nov, 2016, today, 1 day is already over and they have not given any update on my complaint.
