[Resolved] Gati-Kwe — Package is delivered even after complaint. | |||
I ordered a product from amazon on 18th OCT 2021. The package was shipped from Hongkong and reached the final delivery station on 29th OCT 2021. I did not wanted to say this but really very pathetic service by the GATI COURIER. The package was out for delivery twice and yet again they are giving the same reason again and again for not delivering the package. I actually don’t understand this reason “undelivered due to time duration lapsed”. I mean, is my destination very far away from the delivery station for 250 gram package that they are not able to deliver the package within the day time and duration lapsed. There assured delivery date was 2nd of Nov I already called their customer service and they said wait. I mean how much wait, till eternity? Docket no.:[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
Nov 21, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved At last package got delivered on 20th Nov 2021. But for future @Gati please do not not give this reason that the shipment undelivered due to time duration lapse. Your services by the delivery boys needs to improve.

No update, resolution, no timeline for delivery of materials. Multiple time update as out for delivery, then material not found. Calling, email, they don't bother to reply. Asking for refund, there also no procedure, till the resolution team updates.
