Gati must be the worst among private couriers. I[censored] purchase anything online, especially from international sites and its shipped by gati, most likely it will not be delivered, but tracking status will show "delivered" and signed by some common name like "babu." with other private couriers u may experience delay in delivery and they may ask u to collect it from their office, but they will not attempt to steal the parcel itself.
