[Resolved] Gati-Kwe — why gati courier boy is taking adhar no. and documents | |||
My parcel gati dxt no.[protected] originated from panipat with product from homeshop18 to reach ranchi at my address. I want to know to which authority/rule/act or govt. Directive the courier boy took adhar no. And document. The parcel was pre-paid. There are various fraud cases by mis-use of adhar no. Now when adhar is being linked with mobile and bank a/cs then, what is the guarantee that, the courier boy or any other friend or allies of that person whosoever has access to the adhar no. Will not mis-use it. Don't you think this is a case matter to be brought before consumer forum or a competent court of law in india. Please do needful and help me out. This reply does not fulfill my purpose. I need a written apology and an undertaking that if in future any mis-use case of adhar no is registered then Gati would be responsible for it.
