Gauhati University — name correction in grade sheet not received.

Sir, i have applied for grade sheet correction for two time, but still i didn't get it, when i come to the office they said that your marksheet have not arrived. I applied last year december 2018 they said to come after one month, after one month i came but they keep on saying to come by next week or month. Please help me about this problem. I pass my graduation in 2018, i was rejected for some college because of spelling mistake in my name.
