Gauhati University — Not received degree

Sir,
It is here by informed you that i applied for my original certificate of b.Com, for the year 2012-13 on 13.03.2022. But till now I'm awaiting for it. I also visited physically 3 / 4 times, but the dept is delaying for it. It is very urgent for me to submit it for my higher studies. Kindly take responsibility for it. And I request you to provide my degree certificate as soon as possible.
