Gauhati University — online payment got failed but amount was deducted from my bank account

Sir,
I'm a student of nerim group of institution. With due respect and humble submission i would like to state that the online examination form was filled up by me but unfortunately still my payment has not shown yet, but rs.1280 was deducted from my bank account twice. I have done the payment twice as it was showing payment failed. The server was error. And sir i would like to ask your help to check on my issue because the payment was already deducted from my bank account but my form, payment reciepts are still in pending.

Sir,
I'm a student of Basugaon College. With due respect and humble submission i would like to state that the B.A (Regular)CBCS 5th semester examination form was filled up by me but unfortunately still my payment has not shown yet, but rs.680 was deducted from my bank account twice. I have done the payment twice as it was showing payment not confirmed but transaction successfully done. The server was error. And sir i would like to ask your help to check on my issue because the payment was already deducted from my bank account but my form, payment reciepts are still in pending.
