Gauhati University — Payment deducted but No Receipt received

I have applied for original pass certificate yesterday on 14/03/2023 payment was done through my sbi account(payment was processed and complete) through Internet banking. But the details in my profile said not paid also the receipt is not available for download. I need my refund or receipt either of these urgently.
