Gauhati University — Payment deducted but showed failed in GUportal website

Hello Sir /Ma'am I am Simanta Deka made a payment of 830rs on 30/06/2025 through Google Pay, The payment was for Online Document Request in GUportal website. My money was deducted from bank account and showed successfull in Google Pay application but the payment status showed failed in GUportal website. It is asking me to pay again. If i have to pay again i want a refund of the money that was already deducted from my bank account
