My name is Puja Singha. Yesterday I have applied for B.Com(major) original pass certificate on GU Document Request, I made the payment via Google Pay and my money got deducted from the account but in the status of GU it showed payment failed. So I decided to wait some time refreshed the page several times to check if the receipt got issued or not but till now I haven't received my receipt yet. Please kindly check into the matter and take immediate action.
